Supervisor Technical Support - Manufacturing
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Engineering
· • 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing/Production, preferably from large scale of multinational company
· • Experience with OPEN+/IWS methodology and pillar
· • Fluent in English
· • Passionate to work as a team with customer service mindset, people management, analytical and conceptual thinking, creativity and persistence to solve problem, ability to explore potential productivity/improvement initiatives and high enthusiasm to meet the targets
· • Experience working with SAP
Supervisor Consumer Engagement (Sidoarjo)
· Having experience working with Media Partners, Advertising Agency, Branding Team and Creative Agency would be an advantage
· • Preferably having exposure in field sales distribution with supervisory experience
· • Active in organizational activities and social media savvy
· • Good interpersonal and communication skills
· • Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
· • Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
